Fresh fruit and vegies are an essential part of a healthy diet, however a recent audit revealed how contaminated some of these foods maybe. Apples were the worst followed by celery (57 pesticides were found on them!) and strawberries (EWG, 2011). Here is a list of the highest and lowest amounts of pesticides found in our food .
